Speaking

Talks that leave your audience with a plan.

Alex speaks from the operator's seat. He co-founded and runs a marketing and technology firm, grew up working inside his family's restaurant and catering business, and spent 15 years in global corporate roles. Every session is built around frameworks people can apply the following Monday.

Talk 01

The 12 P's of Marketing and Entrepreneurship

The four P's of marketing cover only part of what an owner faces. Alex adds the eight that decide whether a business lasts: Purpose, Passion, Problem, People, Processes, Pain, Profit, and Posterity. Attendees leave knowing which P is holding their business back and what to do about it this quarter.

Best for

Entrepreneur conferences, supplier diversity and MBE events, chambers of commerce, university entrepreneurship programs.

Talk 02

AI for Leaders and Teams: From Curiosity to Capability

Most organizations have AI tools. Few have a plan for using them. Alex walks leaders through what AI readiness looks like in practice: where to start, which workflows to change first, how to bring a team along, and how to measure the return. The session includes live demonstrations of tools his own firm uses with clients.

Best for

Corporate leadership teams, higher education administrators, association conferences, executive retreats.

Talk 03

Leadership and Legacy: Building What Outlasts You

Legacy is a decision leaders make every day in how they hire, mentor, and spend their time. Drawing on his family's business, his own path as an owner, and the leaders he has mentored, Alex shows how purpose-driven leadership compounds over a career and beyond it.

Best for

Leadership summits, commencement and alumni events, HBCU and MSI audiences, executive development programs.

The P12 Mastermind

Six weeks. Twelve P's. One curated cohort.

Once a year, Alex brings together a small, hand-selected group of owners and leaders for six weeks of focused work on their businesses. Each week covers two of the 12 P's. Participants complete the worksheets, bring real decisions to the table, and leave with a growth plan they built alongside peers who understand the pressure.

The Six Weeks

  1. Week 01

    Purpose and Passion

Why does this business exist, and what keeps you in it?

  2. Week 02

    Problem and Product

What do customers actually buy from you, and does your offer match it?

  3. Week 03

    Price and Promotion

Does your pricing reflect your value, and are the right people hearing about it?

  4. Week 04

    Place and People

How do customers reach you, and who carries the work?

  5. Week 05

    Processes and Pain

What runs without you, and what obstacle is pointing to your next move?

  6. Week 06

    Profit and Posterity

Does the model fund the next year, and what will outlast you?

  • Selected for fit.

Every participant is chosen so the group's experience and ambition match.

  • Small by design.

[Client to confirm cohort size] seats keep every session a working conversation.

  • Built on a framework.

The worksheets give each week structure and give you a record of your decisions.

  • Peer accountability.

You'll see how other leaders solve the same problems, and they'll hold you to your commitments.

About Alex

Raised on entrepreneurship. Built for the long game.

Alex Moore grew up in Hartly, Delaware, a rural town where neighbors sold goods from kitchens, barns, and front yards. By middle school, he was the go-to handyman for the retired families on his road, and one summer he talked a neighbor into letting him paint her house, despite never having painted one.

In high school and college, he worked every role in his mother's business as it grew from a home baking operation into a full-service restaurant and catering company. He saw loan denials, health inspections, grand openings, and contract negotiations from the inside.

He planned on a traditional career and built one, spending 15 years working throughout the U.S. and globally in a variety of corporate roles. Entrepreneurship followed him anyway. Today he is President and Co-Founder of Stratagon, a marketing and technology firm he has led with his business partner for 15 years.

The work Alex is proudest of is mentorship. He once agreed to mentor a young business owner and watched that company grow its revenue and headcount to 2.5 times their starting levels over two years. That experience became the foundation for his book, his coaching practice, and the mastermind.
